I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested in meeting up in Cardiff for a chat over coffee. I'm 23 and suffer from social anxiety and would be so happy to meet people to share experiences with.

Hi Hanj16, I am 31 year old female and live in the south wales area and also suffer with social anxiety. I would love to meet up with new people with similar anxieties BUT I am in no state at the moment to do this as my anxieties cause me to suffer with depression aswell and am currently in a bad place which is preventing me from challenging my anxieties.
