I have suffered from GAD periodically most of my life. My last period of anxiety began at the end of August last year. I was prescribed sertraline. I stabilised on 75 mg and in mid December reduced the daily dose to 50mg. I have been on that dose since then. I have been feeling really well with no anxiety at all until the last couple of days. My anxiety levels have shot up but I do not know why. Last night I slept really badly and had a panic attack about 3am. I have increased dose back up to 75mg this morning. I just feel despair at the moment.
