Bone scan and lung cancer?

Hi just wondering if anyone knew if lung cancer would show up on a bone scan?

I wouldn't have thought so, I don't know for sure but would imagine it would only show up if it was a secondary cancer in the bones.

I think for lung cancer to show up they would have to x ray the chest.
