Hi everyone I was just wondering if anyone knew any good anxiety apps that I can download to take my mind off how I'm feelin ie an app I can listen to at wrk,while in my car or at home plz x

Dr claire weeks self help for your nervs it's an audio book but you can listen to it very good!! X

Hi there,

There are some good relaxing sounds apps - waves, rain, birdsong etc. I've got one by a company called ipnos which is free with a limited (but still extensive) collection of sounds. Some of the sounds are a little odd (typing, hoovering, tumble drier) but each to their own, I guess!
