Best Medication

I just wondered what people have found to be the best medication for their HA. I know everyone is different and what works for one person might not work for another, but I've only ever been on Paroxetine (for a very short period at the start) and now Fluoxetine which I've pretty much been on for the last few years, but I don't actually feel like they work anymore.

I know some people find anti depressants aren't always the best option a friend of mine who has general anxiety takes betablockers and finds these work for her, so I just thought I'd ask the question and see what people have found to be the most helpful for HA.

B6 i believe is converted into its 'active' form in the body by zinc-dependent enzymes, so that may be a useful adjunct.
