Howdo! Another new person sick of HA!

Hope you're all well - I'm new, and thanks for the site. I'm 28, married male with a very supportive partner and a stressful job. In January I went through quite a traumatic period where I thought I may have contracted HIV, and since then, I've been through MS, ALS, Parkinsons...

My main symptoms are shaking, tired eyes, ringing ears, shaking body and widespread muscle twitches and aches.

I know it's anxiety, I know it can be beaten. I feel a bit alone tho!

A big welcome to the site! Theres a great little community on here that will provide you with lots of support. I suffer with social anxiety so have no experience of what you suffer from but you are not alone!
