Hello everyone , I am a 35 yr old man from UK.i have a long history of depression and anxiety.My first panic attack was when I was about 8 years old.
Have had a relatively stable past 5 years but old problems have recently arisen.
I have decided to try this web site to hopefully see that I am not alone with this and also to ask a few questions.
