I'm going through a really rough patch (or I'm dying from a silent killer heart attack) and I haven't slept at all last night, I was too tensed and felt dizzy and nauseous. Finally, this morning, I vomited 3 times in an hour and a half. I was freaking out, thinking it would never stop. Now I'm less tensed, but my pulse is like at 100 (I haven't measured it, I think it's not a good idea) and I'm really scared. I keep trying to tell myself it's because I'm overtired, but I can't sleep and all I can do is drink regularly and eat small snacks. Do you think it's normal that I feel my heart pumping faster and harder? Also, I've had palps after I got sick the first time. What do you think? I'm soon gonna be alone and I'm scared of what I could trigger since I'm such in a bad state.
