Lower right abdominal pain?

Probably one more for the women but for the last few days on and off I have had a dull ache on my right side right low down not in my stomach really but my groin near my vagina. I have recently come off my pill so could this be menstruation pain? It's just freaking me out :-( Theres no way I could be pregnant by the way xx

Hey :) Ive had this.... but also slight discharge that im convinced has blood in it... googled and set myself off on a right panic.... im having some swabs done next week simply because i broke down in the docs today convinced i have cancer... even tho my smear 5 months ago was fine...

arrrggghhhh anyway i would have defo thought it is because you have stopped the pill.... hormones will be all over the place xxx dont worry xxx
