Chest pain (Sharp and crushing) on left side of chest. comes and goes. I have slightly high blood pressure and my tryglicerides are high about 368 during my last blood test. What could it be. Also feel lightheaded. Is this my anxiety?? Feels different this time. Been doing this off and on now for about 12 hours. Does anyone ever have this happen. :weep:
