I'm curious to find out how the anxiety of others usually comes about.

Generally speaking do you find you have symptoms develop and then get anxious about them (starting of a vicious circle of symptom=anxiety=more symptoms) or do you find your anxiety brings about physical symptoms when previously you'd been feeling OK?

Hi Dan,

I start with a symptom, such s dizziness then can't stop focussing on it and then start feeling anxious = feeling even more dizzy.

Like today, felt fine all morning, then was stood talking to some colleagues at work, went really dizzy for a couple of seconds then was ok, but I haven't been able to stop thinking about it for the rest of the day and have made myself really anxious.

Vicious circle isn't it?

I get a symptom like a brain zap, pain and that's me off. Whole day ruined :)

This time I have read an article in the Daily Mail (more fool me), resulting in sudden anxiety resulting in the physical feelings that come as a result...and the vicious cycle commences :scared15:

Will I ever learn.
