I am due to take a 10 hours flight in December and back again. Can anyone recommend any medication to take. I don't think I can manage it without something to stop the panic. I have tried valium but still felt quite panicky. any ideas please ? Thanks:D

hi,
what about something herbal, try taking kalms a couple of days before, so they are in your system, providing your not on meds, or rescue remedy maybe, its convenient also cos you can keep the spray in your bag and take as needed. good luck.

juju,

thanks for your reply. I will have calms and rescue remedy but think I will need something stronger to get through it ! I have heard beta blockers might be good ?

it might not be the healthiest but to fly I use a mixture of valium and wine and am fine!
