Muscle twitching worrying me :(

Hi everyone, I've suffered with anxiety for years, had every symtom under the sun, don't take meds as cbt worked for me... But the last week I've been feeling anxious and panicky, I'm aware of the muscles in my arms feeling really tensed up and then muscles start twitching! It's really worrying me now and it's bought on my other symptoms now :( is muscle twitching and weakness a common symptom for anyone else? Thank you x

I have/had muscle twitching for ages, on the inside of my right foot, even went to see the consultant neurologist at the hospital. He told me it was nothing to worry about.

I do know I suffer with candida and taking garlic capsules (has to be the smelly ones) helps for that. I took my garlic and hey presto, the twitching stopped.

You could have a yeast infection in your bloodstream. Get some garlic and give it a try, it can't do you any harm

It just comes in little capsules you can buy them from Holland & Barrett or any health food shop. Garlic Pearls they called
