Another newbie

Been suffering from anxiety and work related stress for about 10 years. Mini breakdowns about twice til this year when had incredible insomnia and could not carry on. Got diazepam to help me sleep and a long time off work where I finally acknowledged my anxieties came from stress. Work is now trying to get rid of me so instead of feeling better anxieties increased beyond all proportion. Just started 20mg citroprolam a day. Hope it helps with the anxiety symptoms whilst I sort the real problem of loosing my job

Sorry to hear that, more stress added by your work trying to get rid of you. I know the work situation is really bad here and it will not be so easy to get another. My son was also ill with work related stress and docs thought it best if he leave, but as said its not so easy.
I really hope the citroprolam start kicking in soon. I am new on here too. Its a good site.
