Quick one guys..Iv been on tamazapam for 3weeks now and need to have a break from them...is there anyway i need to tapper down after 3 weeks on them...i didnt have one last night and the night before was just 5mg...i was on 20mg p night....today i have more anxiety then norm ..but dont know if this is because iv stoped them or because i had a liquid form of trazadone last night..my head is all over the place so just any advice on these tamazapam tapper or can you just stop after 3 weeks on them..thanks as allways..
