weird sensations

have had a real bad day - hubby said i was pale and i have had strange aches pains round breastbone chest wall, pins in needles in both arms and feet for 4 hours constant and was sick, still feel chest pain and very nervous as it feels diffferent than normal anxiety i have had

well it disappeared sunday and monday but back today at 11am

forgot to take my omeprazole this morning but dont know if its coincidence

also have a mild tickly stupid cough

any advice would be greatly appreciated
