omg full on panic oral cancer

i have these huge lumps in my cheek they r like my salivary glands they have been swollen for like 2 years but all of a sudden a new on has appeared its getting big so fast its acheing and i keep getting weird tasting saliva coming out them i know that its gotta be mouth cancer it cant be anything else in sp scared of it i have 3 kids under 5 ive just had full bloods done and nothing showed up but mouth cancer wouldn't show on one HELP please

have you tryed going to the dentist instead of the gp as they see mouths all day and may have more advise for you

yeah they said they couldn't see anything wrong just inflammation so to use mouthwash which i do anyway
