Ive always slept for England even when i was a baby i had to have 12 hours sleep apparently.
Im now 23 and nothing has changed ........ lol well 9 hours plus
Im worried because this isn't normal surely! i cant decided if im lazy or actually have something wrong so off it is to the docs tmo, now ive not been to the docs in aaages so this is good for me
ive been veggie for 16 years so maybe lack of iron ??
Have never been energetic even as a kid but now i feel i need to find that energy
please help, anyone else the same? maybe my energy is taken up by worrying because that would make sense
