I tried it and it didn't work for me but that doesn't mean it won't work for you.

I had a sore lower back through driving a long distance in the wrong position. I tried accupuncture but didn't think it would work.

I had 30 accupuncture
15 minute vigarous massage
10 minutes with 4 cups on my back

In Manchester it was 45 pounds
In London it was 85 pounds

Anyway it was brilliant - All the pain in my back disappeared after the 2 sessions (after 1 I could really feel a massive difference). In fact my back hasn't felt this good in 15 years. As a bonus I slept really really well for the fortnight after I had it.

I'd recommend it to everyone - whats to lose?

I tried it without any lasting help. Was relaxing but that's about it! 7 weeks in is very good! I'm only on day 2! I'm sure you'll be feeling better very soon. Maybe you're just having a bad day (I know all about those). I hope you feel better soon

Don't know if it will help but these are the things that help me
- a long walk (with somebody else if I am very anxious)
- hypnotherapy is very relaxing and you can do isometric very good self-hypnosis lessons online
- if all else fails I take ativan
