Posting here as the medications forum is a little quiet.
I've been on 50mg sertraline for 10 days, well nights, which is no time at all, but I'm also taking 4x5mg diazepam daily to counteract the worst of the side effects, and it's helping a lot.
I'm not getting any benefits from the sertraline as yet, but think I might at some point as the diazepam should allow it to settle, so I wondered, when I see my doctor this week, should I just ask to go up to 100mg? I'm gonna have to at some point so thought I'd just get it over with. I also wondered if doubling up would make me feel a lot worse?
