Quitting SSRI's due to excessive sweating. Help?

Hi there,

If you quit ANY SSRI for this reason, your advice would be awesome.

I'm thinking of quitting Fluoxetine (Prozac) as its causing me excessive sweating (all over, all the time)

Has anyone quit Fluoxetine (or other SSRI) for the same reason?? Did the sweating get worse over the next few weeks (due to withdrawal symptoms) or instantly start to lessen??

I will be slowly weaning myself off. Under my doctor's supervision.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

I was on Fluoxetine for 9 years and did sweat more than usual and more than I was comfortable with the whole time I was on it but the benefits outweighed this side effect.
I weaned myself off it and the sweating stopped immediately.
