Driving and anxiety

On driving to work this morning a sudden wave of heat flashed through me and my legs felt a bit like jelly. Does anybody else suffer with these kind of symptoms? Have suffered with Panic/Anxiety for along time but felt quite scared this morning.

Yes I think this is quite a common feeling when you are anxious. I often feel the same.

I get jelly legs! It is not nice. I used to struggle to go into the supermarket because of it. Never had a problem with driving unless I am tired. I like driving as it can help me feel in control.
