I've got an achy neck mainly in the morning, achy shoulders and tense pectoral muscles also have slight dizziness and pins and needles mainly on the left arm sometimes leg. Three doctors have ruled out ms so beginning to think its fibromyalgia due to having very similar symptoms even though I'm male and mainly women get this. Comments please.

Don't diagnose yourself!!!! Tense achy muscles can easily be anxiety and so can dizziness and pins and needles. I went through an episode when I thought I have fibromyalgia, but considering how rare it is in men, it's an irrational fear. The more you think you ahve something, the more you will find you will have symptoms of that problem.
