Head ache and strange crampings

hi guys

Ive had a headache for 2 days now and paracetamol isn't touching it, i feel drunk without having touched a drink, its so strange ive never experienced this before Ive had a few strange cramps in my arms, legs and neck and i had a few strange palp attacks, Im just wondering if you have any advice and or has any one suffered this??

I'm suffering the same at the moment I was talking yo my friend this morning and I told her I had headache and my head felt woozy she said it sounds like sinuses as she sufferes chronic with hers and said she's had spells like I'm explainin.
