Head throb from lying down

I've been lying down quite a bit in the last 2 days due to my leg being injured, but when I get up, I get up quite fast and my head will hurt for about 5-10seconds and go away.
Is this normal?

Sounds like blood pressure changes causing this as you have been laying down
