Hi everyone,
about 5 years ago i woke up and could hardly move with acute back pain.It took 5 years or more b4 i was finally diagnosed with a autoimmune disease after several misdiagnosis.I am now much better,out of a wheel chair and driving again.

Strange thing is i now suffer with panic attacks but mostly a feeling of edginess and i worry all the time.Then i worry bout worrying ! hoping i can gain sum support from you all.
