Hello. I found this web site when I Googled "fear of noise", and I read some of the posts about fear of noisy neighbours. I have exactly the same problem as others who have posted. I have been on anti-depression drugs for the past year and now I am going every week for cognitive therapy to try to sort me out. I am looking forward to meeting other people with this same problem, as I thought I was the only one.
