Worried about muscle twitches?

Hi all
Is this a coincidence? I've not really been anxious for the last three days and strangely enough I've had no muscle twitches for the same amount of time. Just goes to show it might have been our unwelcome anxiety friend I hope.

Muscle twitches are a very common anxiety symptom, and I have no doubt that this what is causing it for you! You will be OK, try not to worry :)
