Hello,
My name is eric,I live in Kent. I have suffered for 25 years with chronic anxiety caused by (I believe) coming off tranquillisers too quickly.I can get out and about on good days but am constantly worrying that I will faint,be sick,lose control.Hence I dont go into busy areas unless I have an escape route. I have tried all sorts of treatment but most are expensive and dont help at all. Have just spent over £600 on hypnotherapy but it hasnt done a thing.I hope I can get help by talking to any of you out thereand sharing my experiences. Thanks for reading. Good luck. Eric g

25 years with anxiety is incredible, I had my first attack just before Christmas 2012 ans I am 58. How have you coped?
