Who has ever felt that they were losing their mind?

Is this a common feeling?
I don't feel grounded in reality, and I feel like I am slowing losing my mind, and slipping away.
It's so scary, and I'm having trouble combating it.

Hey, I've been there ... i thought I had every mental illness in the world at one point. i had and do have depression ... but due to that I think the worst! You are not loosing your mind, trust me!
