I experience a lot of intrusive thoughts and this is the main thing that drives my anxiety, I will think of a situation and its as though my anxiety tries to twist the situation and change it negatively, which then causes me to be full of anxiety and sort of panic, at times it is easy, but other times I feel helpless,
does anyone else suffer like this and if so how do you move forward?
