Weard stomach issues please read

I have been having bowel issues for a while and had a colonoscopy and blood work and everything's fine. The problem is is that my stomach always has this pinching feeling and sometimes aches like I have done a hundred sit ups and I haven't done any excersize. Any ideas what this could be?

I too have stomach issues, I think mine is down to me tensing my diaphram and stomach muscles when I am stressed. I have been referred to a gastroenterologist but I am sure all my stomach/bowel issues are due to anxiety.

Yes me, I am going back to the doctors on Friday, mine is after a stomach bug over 3 weeks ago. Left me feeling lots of weird things..... stitch under my right ribs, bloated, gurgling sounds, feeling like I have done sit ups at the top of my tummy, pains every now again as though someone is poking me just under the ribs on both the left and right side. I am really fed up with it and worried :(
