Tingling in left hand and leg

Hi i am recovering from a viral illness which i have had for 3 weeks just feeling better still tired but have started with my left hand lower arm and sometimes left leg has started tingling like pins and needles, this is starting my anxiety off again has anyone else experience this, any replies would be much appreciated, thanks for reading :weep:

You probably had a bad virus and your body is just adjusting to getting back to normal after fighting the virus. I get pin and needles in my hand when I get panicked or anxious, but it eases off when I relax completely, the leg as well could be because you may be sitting too long, or simply because of the anxiety too. If you still feel uneasy about this, never feel bad going to your doctor, it's what their there for, but it sounds like what I get when panic or anxiety sets in.
