I've recently developed insomnia and its really getting me down. I've had it for the past 2 weeks and never had it before despite having anxiety for around a year. I just can't sleep no matter how tired I am and I have no idea what to do about it. I've tried exercise and herbal sleeping pills but they don't help at all. I keep thinking 'I haven't slept for properly for over a week surely I have to sleep tonight'. But it doesn't happen.
Does anyone else have this and how do you deal with it? xxx
