Just though I'd introduce myself. I'm a 23 year old male from Burnley and I've been suffering with anxiety for about 3 years. It started about half way through uni and every day has been a bit of a battle since then. So happy I found this forum!

A big welcome to the site, I'm sure you'll find lots of support on here. I'm also 23 and like you my anxiety peeked whilst at university. Are you receiving any support?

I saw a therapist briefly a year or so ago and I got put on citalopram tablets for a while, but I don't take them anymore. A lot of people's anxiety seems to start at uni, there's just too much stress. I don't know how I manged to finish my degree!
