Hi everyone. Been doing pretty well lately but I have a major niggle that is rattling my anxious mind! I keep getting pain in my upper left back (a bit below my shoulder blade) and I can't help but thinking it has something to do with my heart or lungs. It seems to come on at random times and it isn't sever but I can feel it pretty hard. Seems to subside a little when I stretch the area. Anyone think this could be lungs/heart or more likely just muscle pain?

Hi
I have been having a similar problem recently, I have an achy tingly patch on my left shoulder blade that has been worrying me lately. I have been told it is down to stress and posture.

Do you experience anything else? Fatigue? Dizzyness? Disoriented? Blurred vision? Does it increase when you exercise? If not, it's most likely muscles.

I don't really excercise to be honest but I did do some jogging for a spell a few weeks back and it didn't seem to occur. I don't experience anything alongside it so I think it probably is muscle pain. Thanks for the quick replies.

I get pain there a lot. When mine starts, I have a sock filled with rice, which I microwave for 2 minutes. The heat makes the pain go away so I think mine's muscular. But, I think I also have some acid reflux issues that cause some irritation there.
