Pressure and hissing in ears

Does stress cause this? Lately I am feeling rather tense and stressed out, aswell as the anxiety and agoraphobia I am fighting. I am having some issues with my son being bullied in school so finding things really hard. I notice the back of my head and jaw always feels tight, and my ears feel so full of pressure and almost hiss. This of course knocks my balance off abit. I am just wondering if anyone else gets this with their ears when anxious and stressed?

Sounds like this is stress causing it - like you're all tensed up. I find that when I am stressed I tense my jaw and most of the time I don't realize I'm doing it.xxxxx

I have just noticed lately my ears are feeling very full of pressure and some noise in them. My GP says my ears are fine, so I am taking it is stress. I am holding myself very tense from my neck upwards x
