I'm Ian, 40 years old.....

.... used to be social, happy and healthy.

Kind of had knock backs, lost a lot of confidence and with that I withdrew from life. Suffer with Depression on and off, Anxiety/Panic attacks regularly.

Obviously I'm here because I need to know there are others in similar situations. I've got a long mountain to climb to get myself right but this site looks like a good source of inspiration.

Hey Ian,

I can fully relate to your post i myself suffer from depression and anxiety. There have been points were i have been at my lowest but managed to pull myself back with the help of some amazing people on this site so there is hope although at times it may seem bleak! But welcome aboard :)
