Yesterday eggs.
Tonight salmon.
I had salmon and prawn stir fry for dinner just now.
I cooked my salmon in oven for 15 mins then cut and stir fried for 3-4 mins.
When I took it out oven and chopped it you could tell the middle was a bit raw but I couldn't put it back on like that so threw it in the wok instead.
Apparently you can get parasites from raw fish?!
It was a tesco fillet nothing fancy,

I go to an amazing restaraunt in Leeds called Little Tokyo (it's been my favourite for over 10 years and is always my first choice!). I eat sushi there all the time and it's never made me ill. Raw salmon, raw cod, raw tuna, you name it! Our ancestors didn't cook the meat or fish that they found and our bodies are set up to digest it, it's just much harder than cooked meat. You'll be absolutely fine!

By the way if you ever visit Leeds definitely get yourself to Little Tokyo and try the chicken chilli ramen. It's amazing.

Cooking it in the oven and then stir-frying it would mean it was cooked through. Don't worry & I hope you enjoyed your tea xx

Its fine, if it was still raw when you cut it into strips and fried it in your wok the wok will cook it more so don't worry about it, it's fine
