Like many of you, I'm constantly scared of having a severe allergic reaction. I'm really paranoid. But today I woke up with swollen lips and I'm really really scared. I'm trying really hard to convince myself that it's caused by a mouth ulcer I have just under my upper lip...
I have never had an allergic reaction before. I called a nurse and she told me that it could be an allergic reaction and that if I felt like I couldn't swallow anymore and that I wasn't able to breathe right I should call an ambulance. Obviously I feel tingling in my throat and I feel that it's tight... I know it's most probably my anxiety but I'm not 100% sure, so I stress about it.
It's 10:30 AM here and I have not eaten anything since 11PM yesterday. Logically it shouldn't be an allergic reaction, right?
