have been posting about my temple and headache for about 5 weeks. Well it still has not gone. Have not got a headache as such now. Just this tight pressure feeling now and again on my right temple it feels like it gets really tight with pressure for about 15 secs then releases sometimes it actually twitches then goes off. My jaw if I open my mouth wide is tender and my ear has a bit of pressure aswell on the right side. Its just uncomfortable. My neck is also tight and uncomfortable have booked up a neck shoulder back massage on saturday. I have very slight pain on my eyebrows but it really isnt enough pain to even take a pain killer.
Anybody get this for this long. Starting to panic now. Although deep down i know that it is tension becaused everywhere feels sooo tight.
