Sustained release 80mg propranolol

Been prescribed these for anxiety, i have one infront of me now but am abit nervous because i would'nt want to have a bad reaction or be dizzy and because its sustained release it could be not a very nice 24hours?
Any facts or anything would be great thanks.

I have no facts on it bit I have been taking 40mg a day (not sustained release) and I was terrified to take it. 6 weeks later, im glad I did as it saved me a boat load of panic attacks.

Thanks, I didn't end up taking them today because i worked myself up to much, Hopefully tomorrow.

They really help your anxiety, I started on 80mg slow release and had to go up to 160mg due to the side effects of fluxotiene, I would have not got through without them, they make you feel a little tired but apart from that no side effects at all, however that is just my experience.
