pain between breast at bottom

I have seen simular posts but my pain is achy and comes and goes. It is right between the two breasts and at the bottom right between the stomach and gull bladder. I have such imflammation in my shoulders that is runs down my arms and the chiro, accupuncture and massage ppl cannot get it out. I open think it radiates from my back and when I told the chiro that he scared me and said it is a yellow flag to get checked cause nothing should radiate from the back to the front. I am not sure what to think now and am scared and of course comes along more stiffness and stomach issues.
