I have just woken up and my heart is racing, dizzy, feel sick, weak, panicking really bad and scared right now! Very
I get these too. Probably everyone else here with anxiety gets them too!
Just try to calm your nerves, remember to breathe properly and deep.
Breathe in really slowly through your nose. Try to fill your stomach and worry less about your chest. This should take about 5 seconds.
Hold for a few seconds.
Breathe out really slowly through pursed lips as though you're whistling. This should take anywhere from 6 to 8 seconds.
Some hyperventilation symptoms;
Lightheadedness
Chest Pain
Leg/Extremity Weakness
Rapid Heartbeat
