When the dentist did a x-ray on my teeth because I was worried about a mark on my gum in February.
I know the dentist try to keep the minimum amount of xrays down as is important to spot problems.
I silly enough did a google about it on a few websites and discovered an increase risk of thyroid cancer with dental xrays.
The dentist knows about my HA and more fears about the big c word so would keep Xrays down to a minimum at the dentist.
I know Xrays are important and in some cases must be done.
