I'm 17 years old and came to this forum for one reason, I think I might be thinking myself sick (if that's possible). I'll explain more in a thread later, but I just wanted to introduce myself first.

I guess you are right and need to find ways to relax. Other people on here will have better advice. I felt like that sometimes at 17 too. I'm sure coming on here will help you a lot.
