How long?

How long does a stomach bug last? I started feeling sick on tuesday and i have had diarrhea, headaches, sweating, aching etc every since. I still feel awful and i am worrying its going on too long. Why do i always worry its something sinister.
My friends little girl had a bug last week where she was being sick all the time and my friend has caught it and she has diarrhea and feels sickly but no headache, sweating or aching.

There are loads of nasty stomach bugs going around, I had one a couple of weeks ago that only lasted 2 days, but friends of mine have been bad for almost 3 weeks with one too. I think its down to how unpredictable the weather has been lately. Feel better soon :hugs:

My stomach feels all tender if i press it around my belly button too.
