Hi all.
Trying DESPERATELY to hold off yet another episode of anxiety. Need your help.
Yesterday I developed a sharp pain around my navel area. It felt like I had a spikey ball just under the skin - it eases when I am less active but seems to flare up when I move. I've been mega tired for about 4-5 days and me being the hypochondriac I am, mage the judgement that I've stomach/pancreas/bladder cancer etc.
But, the tiny 1% of my brain that is logical thinks it could be a muscle strain. I've been moving a few moderately heavy things about at work but nothing that I'd consider enough to strain/pull a muscle.
Trying so, so hard to keep a lid on the anxiety...anyone had muscle strains in abdominal area that can offer what it felt like???
