Hello everyone
I am Mary . nice to meet all of you
3 months ago my father suddenly passed away . I was shocked . second day after his death my body lose scense for afew minutes and my heart pounding. Dr. say it was panic attack . 2 weeks after that i was in car and fully stressed and again i have the same panic attack . now it is 2 months that i havent any panic attack . i use medicines but i afraid somehow sitting in car
i studied so much about panic and i find out there is 2 types : panic attack which is response to stressful situation and panic disorder which occure regulary . do I have panic attack or panic disorder ?
is it treated or maybe comeback ?
