Dizziness and brain fog

Hey all.

Really struggling with a very sluggish head. Have had it for a week or so. It feels like my thoughts are so foggy and I just can't seem to think straight. It sounds like a real minor symptom but it's frightening the hell out of me.

Does anyone else get this?

Me too, its not a very nice feeling. Does anyone think it is because some of us constantly worry and our minds are never at rest ,if you know what I mean.:)
